If any items are damaged in delivery, defective or not what you ordered, please let us know by email (email@example.com) within 14 days of receipt of the goods. Please quote your order number. If the items are damaged or defective please include a photo of the damage. We will of course refund the cost of returning the items to us (provided you include proof of the cost of this). We would be happy to exchange the item for a replacement or to make a full refund onto the card which was used when you made your purchase. Refunds will be processed within 30 days of our receiving your return. When we have dealt with your return we will confirm this to you by email. Please remember that it can take a few days after we have processed a refund payment for it to appear on your card.
We are happy to accept returns up to 28 days after delivery of your items, provided you let us know in advance (by email at firstname.lastname@example.org) and the items are unused, undamaged, in their original condition and in appropriate packaging. Please quote your order number. We will not be able to refund the original delivery charge unless the return is within 7 days of delivery. Refunds will be processed within 30 days of our receiving your return and when we have dealt with your return we will confirm this to you by email. Items are returned at your own cost, and we strongly recommend you use a “signed for” method of postage as we are responsible for your item only once it has been received by us. Items lost or damaged in transit will not be treated as returned.
Unfortunately, for hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of earrings, items of food, cosmetics or other toiletries, unless faulty. Similarly where an item has been personalised or made to order we can only accept returns where there is a fault.
