Terms & Conditions

Our terms and conditions are pretty simple.  You decide what you want, pay for it and we send it to you!  If there is a problem with it, get in contact with us and we will refund or exchange the item in accordance with our returns policy.

We try to send your order as quickly as we can.  We aim to send out non-personalised items within 2 working days and personalised or made to order items within 10 working days.  Sometimes it takes a bit longer than this so please bear with us.  If we are not going to be able to send your order within 1 week (for non-personalised items) or 3 weeks (for personalised or made to order items) we will let you know and give you the option to cancel your order.

If you need to change your order please let us know as soon as you can.  Orders which have been despatched cannot be changed obviously.

We photograph all the items so that you can see what you are buying (and we put dimensions/weight on most things).  Most of the items are handmade and, because this is not mechanistic, there will be some variation in each item.  That is the beauty of handmade!  Some items are made from patterned or vintage fabric and, depending upon how the pattern falls, may also be a bit different to those pictured.

When ordering scrabble boards, hair accessory boards and other personalised items, please take care with the spelling of names.  Items are personalised in accordance with the names you provide us with and we cannot be responsible for spelling mistakes.  Personalised items cannot be refunded or exchanged.
